When JJ Smith from the PNW Outdoor Women group asked if I’d like to help organize a Moms and kids hike, I immediately thought of you all here. After doing the Back to Eden Garden Tour, I knew the next “event” type thing would undoubtedly be a time where we can all get outside and get some exercise with our kiddos. Partnering with the PNW Outdoor Women’s Group is perfect for this! 
The event is coming up THIS Friday and it’s going to be a great hike for little legs. I’m not going to post the time/location here, so please comment or email if you’d like details! The group of ladies coming is sure to be kind, fun and totally non-intimidating. We will NOT be climbing some giant mountain only skilled climbers could master, nor will all of our children be great hikers or perfectly behaved. So, come as you are and leave any insecurities at home. 
This will be a perfect hike for young kids and there will be plenty of time to relax and enjoy some food together. If you’ve been wanting to get out with your little ones, I hope you’ll join us!
